Impact Extrusion
Ashbro has 5 heavy duty, “closed slide” Impact Extrusion
press lines from 100 Tons to 1000 Tons capacity, and the capability
to produce 5 Million pcs per month. The ‘closed slide”
design results in high levels of accuracy and process capability in
maintaining wall thickness and bottom thickness, important for
critical applications where close tolerances are specified on
component weight. |

Neck Forming
A fully automatic 24 station rotary indexing machine capable of
fast output of 60 pieces per minute for diameters ranging from 25 mm
to 90 mm . The machines are used for Conical, Dome as well as EOE
type bottles suitable for different type of closures.The machine has
three separate stations for trimming , curling as well as milling
the top face for providing ideal and trouble free seating of
closures/valves. |

Flow Forming
For production of large Bottle capacities from 5000 ml to 25000 ml
we are equipped with flow forming machines capable of fast
deliveries of upto 1000 pcs per day. Flow forming ensures a uniform
grain structure in the formed component as well as an excellent
surface finish required in the user industries. |

Anodising
We are equipped with the latest anodising equipment coupled with a
chilling plant for high quality finishes in Plain silver or coloured
anodising. For critical components developed for the pharmaceutical
industry we can ensure coating thicknesses of up to 5 microns. |
