About Ashbro

Ashbro is a fast growing organisation built on strong foundations of modern process engineering, with the goal of providing sustainable aluminium bottles, aluminium packaging bottles, aluminium water bottles, packaging bottles and aluminium packaging to customers across a variety of industry segments worldwide. The technologies employed by Ashbro include Impact Extrusion and Deep Drawing, both of which result in high-volume production of parts with high accuracy, at the same time substantially enhancing the mechanical properties of aluminium. Ashbro remains committed to growing in this field and continuing to build expertise through research and experience, always aspiring to launch new products with enhanced aesthetics and lifecycle sustainability.

Ashbro was established in 2007, and since then has already doubled capacity. Today, Ashbro serves customers across a number of segments such as beverages, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, electricals & electronics, perfumes, automobiles and others.

To rapidly grow and continuously improve as a manufacturer of aluminium packaging, and be recognised for product and service quality by our customers worldwide.

We are in the early stages of implementing a web-based Enterprise System within the next twelve months, which includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems for shop floor control, Statistical Process Control, and CRM. We expect to complete this project by June 2010, which will allow our customers anywhere to place/track orders on line, view/download quality reports using bar-code based traceability, and monitor service levels against Ashbro’s commitment of “On Time in Full” delivery.
